This document, in accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, constitutes a public offer to conclude a contract for the provision of services for the preparation and delivery of products (hereinafter — Goods) under the CTR CHICKEN trademark. Any person who accepts this offer, places an order, and complies with the stated conditions using information on the website http://ctrchicken.uz (hereinafter — Website), is considered to have entered into a contract under the terms set out in this document.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. Unless otherwise specified, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1.1.1. Courier Service — individuals delivering Goods on behalf of the Seller or its employees.
1.1.2. Seller — a legal entity conducting business in accordance with the laws of Uzbekistan. The Seller’s full name and address are listed on the Website.
1.1.3. Buyer — a legally capable individual or legal entity representative who concludes a contract under this offer for personal or household needs not related to business.

1.1.6. Goods — products presented on the Website. Actual appearance may differ from images.
1.2. Terms in the singular also apply to the plural, and vice versa.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Seller and Buyer confirm their legal capacity and authority to conclude and fulfill the agreement.
2.2. The Buyer agrees to familiarize themselves with this offer, product info, privacy policy, and user terms on the Website.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer. The Buyer is responsible for monitoring changes.
2.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to all terms of this offer.
2.5. The contract is deemed concluded once the Buyer confirms the order or receives order confirmation.
2.6. The offer is valid indefinitely unless stated otherwise on the Website.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Seller supplies Goods at the prices listed on the Website and delivers them via Courier. The Buyer pays for and accepts the Goods.
3.2. Ownership transfers to the Buyer upon receipt of the Goods.
4. BUYER NOTIFICATIONS
4.1. The Seller may send promotional messages to the Buyer with prior consent.
4.2. The Buyer may unsubscribe at any time or re-subscribe.
4.3. With consent, the Seller may conduct surveys, calls, and service analysis.
4.4. Service notifications related to order processing are mandatory and cannot be disabled.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
5.1. Orders may be placed via Phone or the Website.
5.2. The Buyer must provide accurate data for order fulfillment.
5.3. For product inquiries, the Buyer must contact the Seller before ordering.
5.4. Orders can be placed only for items in stock.
5.5. The Seller may record phone calls for compliance.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
6.2. Delivery cost:

15,000 UZS for Kibray, Chirchik, Gazalkent;

Remote areas — price set by the operator.
6.3. Delivery time: 30 minutes from order acceptance. In exceptional cases (weather, traffic) — up to 90 minutes.
7. PAYMENT
7.1. Prices are in Uzbek soums; payment by cash or bank card.
7.2. Cash payments require issuance of a receipt.
8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
8.1. Goods of proper quality are not refundable.
8.2. If defective, the Buyer may request a replacement within 1 hour of receipt.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. Parties are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.
10. LIABILITY
10.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or in court if unresolved.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
11.1. This offer is the Seller’s official document. All annexes are integral parts.
11.2. Invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the rest.
